What Shipping Methods Are Available?

As avid sewists ourselves, we believe in having you ready to start sewing as one of our top priorities. As such, a majority of Sewing Warehouse orders are sent through Registered Australia Post. This ensures that your order is safe and secure. Due to the dimensions of some of the Janome and Elna top of the line range, some orders are dispatched through TNT Australia.

We also offer shipping to New Zealand through International Australia Post.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Order?

With a majority of orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours, we work around the clock to have you up and sewing as soon as possible.

Once your order is dispatched with Australia Post, (depending on your location) you should receive your order within 3~7 business days. We recommend using our Order Tracking tool to see the updated order location.

How Do I Track My Order?

Upon leaving our warehouse, you will be emailed your tracking details. Additionally, we have an integrated order tracking system on our site. Type your email address and order number into our Order Tracker to see where your order is in the Australia Post network.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

While it is possible to complete your order as a ‘guest’, we do recommend taking a moment and creating an account with us. By doing so, you can keep track of your orders and get access to our exclusive deals and coupons.
